Biography

One of the biggest names in the Australian Djing scene, known both for his skills on the decks as much for his uncanny ability to get any room jumping. Rob Brizzi came on the scene as a Dj back in the Late 90’s. Like most world renowned Dj’s Rob started working his skills in the mobile dj industry.Robs first club gig was at the Canterbury Leagues Club, and since then there has been no looking back. From those early humble begginings, Rob developed his skills to match the best in the world, not from only from a mixing perspective, but in particular a programming aspect. In fact his name is now synonymous with Dance Music in Australia,Both under18s and over18s.Over the years Rob built up such a great following and reputation for his special blend of music , that it was only a natural progression for him to move into radio were people wanted to hear his style of music 7 days a week. In fact the demand was so big that Wild FM employed him from day one.He was also with the Edge 96.1 for almost 6 years. Currently Rob is in such demand that he is always one of the top DJ’s playing at Leading dance parties/Venues and underage events, Locally in Sydney Rob holds residencies at Mean Fiddler,Roxy Hotel,Phriction,Central Coast Leagues,Beachcomber,just to name a few.Rob has played all around Australia and New Zealand,including Gold Coast,Port Macquarie,Cairns,Airlie Beach,Brisbane,Darwin,Canberra,Adelaide,Townsville,Perth,Melbourne and Hobart.Robs last mixed cd was released in late 2009 titled Wild Nrg Gold edition which went top ten on the Aria Compilations Chart.
Rob had great success both locally and internationally with his track Thunderstruck(Blizzard Bros)Reaching Top 40(Nationally),Top 40(Canada),and was featured on just about all the dance compilations in Australia,when it was released,and was used by the Melbourne Storm NRL team as there theme song.
The Blizzard Bros also completed all the music for the Fat Pizza movie.
Rob also featured in the five live episodes of Fat Pizza Fully Live.
Rob was the voice of Radio Supre right around Australia a few years back.
Rob is also a featured Dj on the Exclusive Aria Club Chart.
Rob was also the brains behind some of Sydneys biggest under18s dance parties which were selling out each time they are run.

Live Rob Brizzi is a dynamic workaholic who’s kickin selection of music often leads to screams and a mass of hands waving in the air. When asked about the dance scene and his success, Rob points out his passion is for playing live and seeing a ‘crowd go absolutely off.’
