Was shown how to beatmix at the age of 18 and picked it up within 5 minutes, I really did not understand it, but loved it, and lived in a small town with a couple of nightclubs, but did not really want to play in them. Unfortunately i was well away from the huge warehouse parties at that time, and had no idea that those existed at the time.
However, I purchased some 1200's and commenced mobile Djing. Playing tracks back to back, as mixing tracks together was foreign to most at the time.
Now, learning more and practising, ESP, trying to work out how to put those crazy exciting ideas and sounds into a mix. Quite a few years have past ,and i still love this and one day will have that night playing to 1000 plus people. WOW. "BRING IT ON"
