Biography

Dj Einstein, born David Alexander, has been a prolific DJ and dance music producer for over ten years. Bad Boy Bill, BT, Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, and Tommie Sunshine have all been Einstein’s largest creative influences. As an independent artist he has collectively sold over 7,000 copies of his three dance music compilation releases in the last decade. DJ Einstein has performed amongst hundreds of electronic dance music fans weekly at nightclubs in Chicago such as Toto’s, Alcatraz, & Karma. While in Los Angeles, Einstein has spun alongside KISS FM 102.7’s DJ Drew and DJ Shy. Other venues include performances at Century Club, Forbidden City & the Stock Exchange. In the spirit of hard pounding electronic music heard in the underground scene, this DJ/Producer could be found “rockin’ the house” for Ravers at venues such as Natural High, Out of the Blue, and October Tech amongst other music festivals and events. Although DJ Einstein is a deep-rooted producer who looks upon his passion for music to create highly energetic dance music. The skilled DJ is a degreed biochemist from Loyola University of Chicago, but the only thing you’ll catch this mastermind creating is a batch of highly distinct electro house, trance, movie sound tracks, and hip hop grooves! Einstein is hardly your typical DJ & proudly leads a double life. When he is not in the studio creating music, he works at NASA, the Nation’s premiere government agency for technology and space exploration.
