Whether you’re a Pro DJ looking for that one opportunity to expose your DJ talents to the industry or a Bedroom DJ currently scratchin it in your pyjamas and fluffy slippers, Pro DJ Search 2009 lets you showcase your skills and charisma against fellow DJs around the country.

Along with bragging rights, the winner of the 2009 Australian Pioneer PRO DJ Search will take home a 12 month Pioneer Pro DJ ambassadorship, a flagship rig and a series of high profile gigs including representing Australia at the 2010 Asian Digital Battle DJ Competition.

Pioneer’s PRO DJ Search is looking for talented DJs across a spectrum of dance music genres including Techno, Minimal, House, Trance, Drum.n.Bass, Electro, Hardcore, Nu-NRG, etc.

PRO DJ Search is a DJ competition predominantly determined by community voting. A winners shortlist of 10 finalists will be selected based on the DJs with the highest number of votes. A Pioneer-assembled judging panel will select the 2009 PRO DJ Search winner, as well as 3 runner ups.

So either scratch it, mix it or mash it. But whatever it is you do, make sure you SMASH IT!
